i’m here to share the 6 ways to turn your day around. many people say i am a very positive and happy person and never see me not smiling so i thought i’d share my tips and tricks to make you a more positive person
every day i live by “look good, feel good, do good” meaning if you take care of yourself you will feel good and do good…here are my secrets
First off what is bothering you? Will it really bother you a week from now or even 2 hours from now? A lot of the time people don’t realize how petty things are and allow it to eat at them. But if it does still bother you figure out the best possible way to resolve the issue. if it’s talking to that one friend who is always rude to you or apologizing to somebody even if it was there fault. life is a lot easier when your the bigger person and stay away from the immature drama!
second, try realize all the good things in your life! Look at the new promotion you got or the compliment on those expensive pair of boots you bought, you knew it was gonna worth it!
if trying to think differently isn’t working go do something. Go for a drive and put on your favorite song on max volume and just jam... easiest stress reliever
try and stay off social media, sometimes we subconsciously get negative thoughts and feelings after seeing that skinny, tan, blonde girl eating a burger and fries with her super hot boyfriend only sometimes were jealous of her perfect life right?
get organized alot of the time we don't feel good because we are just so miscombobulated...get your life together! plan out your week when your working, when you should work on your science project
eat a good breakfast, you know science has proven that breakfast is the most important meal of the day! don’t starve yourself so that you can fit in those shorty shorts for spring break!
